And I’ll add any animal to that list.

Even dogs can form packs that are dangerous. If you want or have a pet, it’s your responsibility to control it and train it.

I am going to disagree with you a bit. Feral animals, if they are destructive yes. Domestic animals that are just wandering by, no.

We have neighborhood dogs and cats that wander. They do no harm and we leave them be. We also have chickens that wander and a goat that used to get out and visit.

The goat is destructive. The owner was warned and now he makes sure to keep him in.

But the chickens are not a problem.
