Warp speed was more than just the jabs. You can’t blame Trump for the vaccine failures. I wish he had listened to a few people outside the bureaucracy and directed the FDA and NIH to allow the IVM/HCQ protocols be used to treat an active infection. Or at least order that they enroll a legitimate clinical trial. They could have had 100,000 people enrolled in 2 weeks and seen the results within 2 weeks later.
Of course if those treatments regimens were proven to work with real randomized controlled clinical trials, then the vaccines would never have received emergency use authorization, the lockdowns would have ended quickly, and nobody would have made any money or grabbed more power. So they would have fought him tooth and nail - which they did.
