If these women have the strength to come forward, it could change this country.

I wrote a letter to the editor of the Omaha World-Herald. The editor asked me to provide sources for my claims about abortive women being suicidal and the link to breast cancer and infertility. I spent quite a bit of time finding scientific meta-studies establishing those points - including a recent one from China that eliminates any questions of women mis-remembering because all the data was from actual medical records.

She then gave her edited version and asked if I was OK with it. She had

1. taken out the fact that Planned Parenthood and the ACLU were the sponsors of the initiative to amend the Nebraska Constitution

2. taken out the fact that the language of the amendment would make abortion a “fundamental right” through all 9 months of pregnancy (since the abortionist gets to decide when the child is “viable”, and it is only “viable” when it could live on its own without “extraordinary” care

3. taken out the fact that the MO AG’s lawsuit against PP was because they trafficked underaged girls across state lines, aided by doctors, to evade parental consent laws

4. called the scientific studies (showing 63% of abortive women feel coerced and showing 6 times higher suicide rates among women who abort) “studies from pro-life sources” (as if she didn’t know the difference between the authors of the scientific study and the authors of articles CITING those scientific studies. Does this gal have a journalism degree? Good grief!).

5. taken out references to abortion being linked to breast cancer and infertility (even after I gave her scientific meta studies showing the same)

6. totally removed my statement that “abortion is one dead, one wounded, and one rich” and instead just said that this amendment would only help people get rich (who? without the exact quote I used it makes no sense) and male abusers. Further, the combination of all that totally hid that the very people sponsoring the amendment are the only ones besides the abusers who would be served by the amendment.

She gutted ever bit of substance out of my letter and thought I would be fine with having my name attached to it. I told her no and told her why - all the points I just listed. I said they are important points and deserve to be heard. So she said they wouldn’t print it.

I asked, “Why are the points I made not acceptable to be printed?”

She didn’t respond. Eventually I said, “You said this is a good issue for debate but then you only allowed your own talking points. You’re not interested in informing or debating. You’re only interested in making it APPEAR that you let somebody else talk.”

Disgusting. Women are being sucker-punched by disinformation because of this Rachel Stassen-Berger at the World-Herald, and by any editors just like her.

I keep saying that our government doesn’t like real women. Women are being erased from sports, marriage and motherhood. We are being told we don’t need men, children or to be actual women. It’s like men are replacing most of what women are .
