f you want a security clearance from this corrupt agency, you have to pass a loyalty test. Guess what the questions are about?

The Soviet KGB was hardly about chasing down dissidents in the provinces - its main job was to watch the Party and government itself - making sure the party had full control, watching all high-level threats to the Party and Government, and ensuring that the apparatchiks all towed the party-line.

The new agency must start “ fresh”, and have no ties with the disgraced, old Bureau ( which is worthy of being discarded into the corrupted trash can of History)….but then again, do we even need another .gov agency that will eventually end up spying, entrapping and surveilling US citizens?

From what I can find, this is the oath FIB employees ( public servants) must take.
“I, ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
….so help me God….FIB agents should think hard about that part. God will not be mocked.
Their oath to the US Constitution should supercede any bs loyalty oaths that the FBI tries to impose.

Wasn’t one of “judge” marchan’s jury acceptance hurdles something to the effect of “do you support Trump”? A yes answer got you dismissed from the jury selection pool. So the only way to be an acceptable juror is to be openly “unsupportive” of PDJT?

Can we disband the FBI, and just grow the U.S. Marshall service. That seems to be an organization that we don’t hear a lot of nonsense about. Perhaps even put rules in place that former FBI officials are not allowed to apply for roles under the expansion?
Having multiple quasi-law enforcement agencies creates a desire for those agencies to ‘want’ to have something to do, or have the toys to play with.

I have tried to avoid this conclusion for a long time, but it’s the only option forward if we want a Constitutional Republic back.
There are over a million government employees (both civilian and military) who need security clearances to do their jobs. How many were investigated, had their clearances threatened, pulled, or suspended for things like support of Trump, non-support of Covid vaccinations, or other political or free speech reasons? We know stuff like this FBI case, and the military servicemembers who were booted from their careers for refusing the covid shot, but what don’t we know? Congress should be able to quickly collect that information.
