Not trying to poo-poo the OP or get into esoteric arguments, but Schiff was tangentially related to the sovereign citizen movement that had a surge in the 1990s.
I suppose his fate ironically gives creedence to the OP, but the reality is you're (not specifically 'you') playing with fire.
