My name is hand written in cursive on my Birth Certificate.

I am old enough to remember using computer terminals that had no lower case letters. The first ASCII code was a 7 bit code that only had capital letters. Any documents that got computerized used ALL CAPS because that's all there was for a while. Filenames were all upper case for a long time after they added the lower case letters to the ASCII code.

Did you watch that birth certificate vod? Are you saying we don’t have the technology today to address names of forms in anything but all capital letters?
