They have no right anywhere in American law that the victim of a search warrant must keep it secret. The government has no right to demand that a person keep secret that cops have stopped by to interview them.
It would do everybody well to remember that Elon Musk (an actual Afro-American, by the way), while a multibillionaire, has a total net worth that is finite.
But that can’t compete with a government, for all intents and purposes, has literally unlimited resources.
No expense will spared to bring the “seditionists and insurrectionists” to justice . . .

Trumps tax returns were illegally leaked
They temporarily extended the statute of limitations just to GET Trump, and immediately moved it back
They turned a small misdemeanor into a felony by assuming Trump was guilty of some federal crime he was never even charged with much less convicted of!
They allowed some lying ho to sue Trump for 100’s of millions because Trump simply declared himself innocent!
Trump was never convicted of any rape, but the Judge assumed he was guilty.
Again, time and time again, Trump is not given the rights everyone else has to be assumed innocent until PROVEN guilty.
