This is unconstitutional as can be. Even if he is an idiot.

He's an idiot. But the last time I checked it was not against the law to be an idiot. Unless we no longer have the freedom of speech?

Everything in the Bill of Rights is now conditional. You can exercise the “right” if they want to allow it. But you have to get their permission.

C’mon, everyone knows there are limits to free speech, and that ship sailed in the courtroom. Now it’s about perfecting the judgement which every plantiff that wins a civil lawsuit has a right do to.

You can argue that the court decision was wrong but that has nothing to do with what’s going on now. He lost, and he has to pay. Certainly not the first time someone’s big mouth has gotten them in trouble, and had to pay the price.
