No, it’s not. The shit poster should be revealed and the connection to the juror checked. There’s one compelling problem in all of this: Merchan was ready to recess until Friday and the jury rushed back a verdict.

The juror not only discussed the case outside the courtroom, but EVERY juror potentially broke their oath and committed perjury by discussing the case amongst themselves before deliberations.
