If this statement came from someone benign, it could be construed as a non-equivocating message. Coming from the hildabeast, a nasty, evil, B-rhymes with witch, we know what are her intentions.
The 2016 election is Hillarys’ “Promethean Rock”. She is chained to it, cannot forget it and it gnaws at her like the vultures eating at Prometheus’ liver, only to have it grow back each night. She will never get past it, and there is a certain satisfaction in seeing her perpetual torment.
