Putin stated that deep strikes into Russia will result now in Russia providing weapons to nations and groups fighting NATO countries around the world. France and the US are embroiled in various conflicts around the world, so these warnings ring clear that French/US troops and interests around the world might have to face Russian missiles all over the world.
Putin stated that the western media in general is the one talking about nukes. He made it clear you are talking about it and asking the questions, so if you ask do you want me to ignore or answer the questions, but you the media are driving the nuke talk. He stated that the bombs dropped on Japan were about 17 kt, and Russian tactial nukes are around 75 kt, so you can imagine how powerful strategic weapons can be. Putin stressed he is not blackmailing the west, but that our security as does yours rest on nuclear weapons at the end of the day. He offered to make peace with Japan but Japan continues to refuse since WWII, which is over captured islands which Japan disputes. Russia stressed it is up to Japan if they want to end WWII disputes.
As for Germany’s talk of a war with Russia, that will never happen in the future, and their need for 900,000 soldiers, these comments were considered to be made by low grade politicians who don’t understand that if they want to use 900,000 soldiers agianst Russia will become a strategic war, which we know what will happen. Russia is not interested in invading the EU which is overrun with Muslims and Islamic immigrants and other Africans who are problematic for those countries - they have their own wars internally. Germany should simply deal with thier own internal problems from immigration and economic decisions without using war talk to distract their population.
My big take is that weapons are speading around the world. NATO has been testing weapeans on Russian military bases and air defenses, and now Russia is going to allow groups or countries that are divided or in conflict with NATO members to have similar weapons to what is supplied to Ukraine - but in the Mid East/Africa and even pacific or S. America.
I think the PROXY wars are going to end up with a radical redeployment of US assets around the world. I do not think the American force occupying the oil rich areas of Syria will remain long if targeted by hypersonic missiles from rebels.
Also, in February Russia announced 30,000 soldiers for Syria and 20,000 in Africa - these soldiers will be NATO instructors providing the weapons and targeting data for targets.
