In a statement to ET, Lipeles' attorneys at Lipeles Law Group said that the plaintiff had brought his 11-year-old sister to the concert.

I do not think that taking 11 year old girl to a Madonna concert is a good idea...

Madonna is 65 years old...But, she did not change her attitude about nudity at all...

It is a silly lawsuit...

I can maybe see the AC thing. Madonna is pretty famous for claiming ACed air is messes up her voice so venues are notoriously hot. As for the rest... it’s a Madonna show. She’s been doing that stuff longer than the plaintiff has been alive. Maybe he should pay attention.

If anyone has been aware of Madonna’s public antics for the past 20 years, they should already know where her mind is at.
Madonna has never been coy or subtle. She revels in whatever is the most debauched, trashy, slutty trend of the moment.
What you see is what you get!

However...she IS guilty of showing up very late at several concerts. Sometimes over two hours late! That, she could change, without losing any of her
vulgarian credentials.
Sly, from the Family Stone fell into that same, arrogant habit toward the end of his touring years.

So we are going with “it’s Madonna they should have known”? I guess it is too much to have Madonna live up to any rules because she is Madonna.

I’m having a really hard time not reading that as Lipless.

“Additionally, Lipeles claims that Madonna lip-synced her performance”

________

She almost always lip syncs. All her music is mixed bits of singing where there’s many takes to get a good sample. She’s a horrible singer. Heard her live once in Japan and it was absolutely terrible.

She used to be at least a good entertainer, now she just goes for shock and awe.

It’s a very good lawsuit. Madonna’s done this for so long simply because nobody had the courage to sue her.

The elderly Madonna performing sexual acts in front of an audience? That should be punishable by death. Oh, the humanity!

What did you expect? It’s a Madonna concert.

It is. Under CA law, intentional infliction is conduct so outrageous “as to exceed what can be tolerated in a civilized society.” Many possible examples but one that comes to mind is calling someone up and telling him that his wife has been killed in a horrific accident and her headless corpse is lying in the middle of the road just to deeply upset him. This doesn’t quite meet that standard. If actionable the damages are going to be the ticket price and maybe expenses in getting to the concert. Although I think anyone who’s actually buy tickets to that old skank’s show has a comparative negligence problem
