Because lying and cheating are considered virtues in their culture. And they are extreme racists helping each other out whenever possible. I work with some, and I've seen that if they are Americanized, they don't do the lying and cheating thing any more. They may do the racism thing, I don't know. I've seen it once when looking for work back in 2016.
