His opinion is his opinion and they had no injury from it. The case was violating his Constitutional rights! We are bombarded with the fake George Floyd crap but no one is held accountable in media for vomiting it out! How many people had loved ones killed and damages with burned out business due to those lies? No one held accountable! Just like everyone as 1A right, everyone has the right to seek redress in a court of law, it’s as fundamental as the 1A.
I would be willing to bet, the vast majority of people here on FR would sue the crap out of a liberal if one of their kids was killed and some left-wing media person or network said really unforgivable things about them.
Do you remember Nicholas Sandman the Catholic Teenage at a prolife event in Washington that was confronted by a pro-abortion person and the media savaged the kid.
He sued numerous outlets and got settlements from all of them, was that lawfare or do you only complain when a person on the right gets sued.
