Just like everyone as 1A right, everyone has the right to seek redress in a court of law, it’s as fundamental as the 1A.
I would be willing to bet, the vast majority of people here on FR would sue the crap out of a liberal if one of their kids was killed and some left-wing media person or network said really unforgivable things about them.
Do you remember Nicholas Sandman the Catholic Teenage at a prolife event in Washington that was confronted by a pro-abortion person and the media savaged the kid.
He sued numerous outlets and got settlements from all of them, was that lawfare or do you only complain when a person on the right gets sued.
You are conflating two different issues. The left was doxing Nicholas, an innocent bystander. That is not what Alex was doing…he was questioning what he believed was a false flag event that was political and meant to take away 2A rights.
Nicholas rightfully sued for the brutal doxing that MEDIA - MSM budgeoned him with. You are pretty sly with how you compare these issues.
