Trump was stupid.
He should have prosecuted Hillary (unauthorized possession of classified documents on her computer), Strzok and Page (using the Government--FBI--to influence an election, and insurrection), Clapper (perjury, lying under oath to Congress, Comey (unauthorized leaks to the MSM).
When campaigning in 2016, Trump hinted at 'locking her up". After the election, when that was chanted at rallies, he would say, "No, she has been through enough".
The bottom line is this,,,,
he was MUCH, MUCH too nice.
Not sure, either...but, s/he even asked for the zot (#20).
Then, ran.
Hmmm…I wonder how he/she feels about California? 🤔
Okay....you owe me a cup of coffee ... and, a keyboard 😆
Your use of “stupid,” especially in the title on this forum is misguided at best. Trumps failure (if you want to call it that) was in trusting the word of many of those to whom he appointed, nominated or gave jobs. Because his life has been spent in actually accomplishing things and standing up to his word and ideals, he believed the lies that many of his new administration associates told him. Mike Pence being a perfect example.
Essentially he trusted snakes and shills who’d say or do anything to get the power and then backstab you whenever it fit their need. He won’t do the same this time around.
