The only challenge now is how to get a red-state DA or AG to have jurisdiction to try both those guys for those felonious “errors”.

If there was a way to do it I’d look to somebody like Ken Paxton to do it. The difficulty is the issue of jurisdiction.

Then again, Trump was convicted for supposed federal crimes in a state courtroom, so maybe the whole concept of jurisdictional limits is thrown out of the window too.

Or maybe - since New York was able to throw out the statute of limitations in order to allow E Jean Carroll to sue Trump regarding claims that are too old for there to be any fact-checking possible - maybe a state could pass a law GIVING THEMSELVES jurisdiction over another state’s criminals. It would be just as legal as what we’ve just witnessed, I think.
