I was on a Spirit flight from Cleveland once that had lost a whole load of luggage. After the screaming settled down, I was able to quietly tell the clerk ALL the luggage had been lost, thus why we were all standing there. Clearly, that white women couldn’t translate rapid-fire Ebonics being screamed at her. I thought for sure the black women was going to jumping over the counter. They had an opportunity to gang up to vent their hate and they took it.
Much like the TSA agent when I flew out of Orlando last month. I couldn't tell if she was shouting instructions or just yelling at us.
