Time for all Freedom Lovers to Boycott New York
Free Republic ^

We need to formally start a boycott of New York State.
Any company doing business there should not be welcome to our dollars.
I'm sorry for the upstate Red warriors and conservatives, but the Leftist majority of this city is ruining the republic. The real threat to democracy is law of the strong man or political party over the citizens.

Already done.
As I stated yesterday, I’m sure NYC will get along just fine without my services, but it’s a principle thing to me.

Agree with resistance against the tyrants, but it’s important to correctly define who is the enemy of the people so they can be effectively targeted.
The enemy of the American people are the wealthy sovereigns running our government.
The wealthy should be prohibited from government and politics. They are too disconnected from the common man to be involved in their governance.

It’s very very difficult to find products NOT made in China (or Vietnam, their toady). Many times there simply is not a non-chinese item available.

Maybe truckers can boycott NYC so their basic supplies don’t get in? Just a suggestion.

If I were POTUS I’d temporarily nationalize all the investment exchanges in New York and Chicago and move them to “Red” states and then back into private hands. I would do the same with any banks heaquartered in New York, move them to different states, and take away the outsize power the Federal Reserve Bank of New York has in what gets done in the Fed. As the financial powerhouses of NY dried up so would the powers of its politicians.

I agree with you about NYC.
But there are a lot of good people upstate who suffer under a government of NYC leftists.
The Trump prosecutors, judge and jury were all in NYC.
We should boycott NYC. No tourism, no business and no deliveries.
But leave the good people upstate alone.
To: Alas Babylon!
Boycott Manhattan and then accross the bridges to Northern Brooklyn.
Compete in the rest of NYS.

Cancel credit cards issued by Chase and Citibank.
You can replace them with cards not issued by NY banks.

Thanks AB. Quite a list. On first read I see only 2 that I can impact. Verizon, in a newish long term contract and if not for the hotspot I wouldn’t have internet. Colgate, maybe shampoo and/or toothpaste, I’d have to look. NYSE and others? That’s going to cause millions of US grief, most would have to disregard those. Otherwise it looks I’m I’m free and clear of NY already. I will watch who I do business with on the internet and if sourced in NY, I’ll keep looking.
