‘Real Unease In The Party’: James Carville Says Not To ‘Discount’ Possibility Biden Won’t Be Dem Candidate
Daily Caller ^

Democratic strategist James Carville said there is apprehension in the party and that people should not disregard the possibility that President Joe Biden will not be a presidential candidate by the election.

Former President Donald Trump is beating Biden in the five critical swing states of Nevada, Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, according to a May New York Times/Siena College survey. Carville said on the “Politics War Room” podcast that there is a chance Biden will not be the Democrats’ nominee in response to a question about whether the president should exit the race if he does poorly in his upcoming debate with Trump, and as he continues to struggle in swing state polls.

This would be problematic for states with laws on the books like Ohio.
Those states should not permit the Democrats to pull a Torricelli maneuver.

I will be very surprised if Biden is the candidate. I have thought so for a while.

Let's face it: the Democrats don't really have a worthy (even by their lowly standards) 'face of the party' to bring forward as a replacement.

What I expect they're gonna do is (a) take their lumps this Fall; (b) continue to demonize Trump every moment of every day; and then (c) find and groom their next Barak Obama-esque 'savior' for 2028.

“Unease” in the party?

How about DISease?

They’re comprised of maggot-infested gangrenous flesh, the lot of ‘em. Including Snakehead Carville.

The rats kept Biden because they have an immoral shameless puppet with the power of the Presidency. He will do what he is told and is immune to any blowback, he does not give a fig about public opinion. It is unique and the DNC does not want to lose it.

Anytime you see snake head Carville slither out of his lair it can mean only one thing - Bill and Hillary are looking to run for something.

If Carville just said it’s a possibility that Biden won’t be the nominee then he’s just let the cat out of the bag. He knows they’re going to go with someone else.

I’m not sure the governor of Ohio wouldn’t roll over and do whatever the DNC asked.

Candidates sometimes die or suffer incapacitating events very late in the game. This happens in every election. Every state has laws on late replacements in, say, a city council or mayor’s race. The point is, this situation is routine — just not at the presidential level — and the rules are what they are. Let the chips fall where they may.

Once in awhile a dead person gets elected.

The hardest of hard deadlines is when absentee ballots are mailed and voting actually starts. Take that date and back it up for a couple of weeks for ballots to be printed and distributed to the right polling places. Remember that the local races are different from place to place so this isn’t a cookie cutter exercise. It takes some care.

Biden is manifestly unfit. A “medical emergency” could be declared at any point. But once past the last switch point, the ballot couldn’t be changed and voters would be voting for KH because the prez and vice are elected as a ticket.

The only out would be a write-in campaign. That MIGHT be beyond the capacity even of the democrats’ drop box system.

“It’s politics. Anything can happen. Don’t discount it.”

You silly states think you can write presidential election laws and make 'em stick? Don't count on it! (Your legislatures and courts have long ago been infiltrated and compromised by lawless dem operatives.)

Dem snakes claim license to do anything they G--d*mn please. You states will just have to suck it up, kiss up and hand over your electoral votes to dems, irrespective of any clear proof of violations against your laws to the contrary.

Biden is the best candidate because he has very little actual support because of his failed policies and his dementia.

Barry never had respect for Joe and is ready to roll Biden at whatever Soetoro thinks is the optimal moment.

“Being on the ballot” has nothing to do with how the State Legislature chooses to appoint its Electors.

At this point it looks like they’ll need to Arkancide Joe and Jill; they appear intent to run this out.

Please point out where in the Constitution you see anything about “Presidential elections”.

They don’t need another one. This one is perfect:

If they do NOT replace him, to me, it means they have ballot stuffing and election fraud in the bag
