It sounds like they got very lucky when arrested.
They try this too many times and they would have been made Swiss cheese by someone’s shotgun.
Try them for the harshest action reasonably perceiveable and sentence them to prison. Let them sue TikTok for inciting the crime. All these ‘challenges have to stop because someone WILL get shot and killed. And if I’m on a jury the homeowner shooter goes free.
