I have no problem admitting when I am wrong, and I was wrong.

I can't remember everything distinctly on many topics, because my brain doesn't have that kind of capacity anymore, and not sure if it ever had. But I'm fairly certain that I forgotten more than I remember. Far too often, I am too lazy to look it up & refreshen my memory, because who knows if the internet is correct either. 🤣

Sometimes my knowledge consists of what others have stated. I try to verify that in many instances, if I believe it to be important enough to do, or I don't trust the person that told me. The real problem can sometimes come by trusting a person you believe in, who were wrong to begin with. 🤣

Oh well, that is the danger of facts. The are not well documented nor are they even consistently believed by everyone.

Armed Forces Day kind of gets lost in the shuffle since it is not observed as a National Holiday like Memorial & Veterans Days are. Much like the following days are most likely not even known that they exist by the overriding majority of American citizens, regardless if they were Natural Born or Naturalized, for that same reason:

29 March: National Vietnam War Veterans Day (general commemoration in the Armed Forces)
14 June: Flag Day and U.S. Army Birthday (United States Army)
4 August: Coast Guard Day (United States Coast Guard)
17 September: Constitution Day (general commemoration in the Armed Forces)
18 September: Air Force Day (United States Air Force)
13 October: U.S. Navy Birthday (United States Navy)
27 October: Navy Day (United States Navy)
10 November: Marine Corps Birthday (United States Marine Corps)
13 December: National Guard Day (National Guard of the United States)
20 December: Space Force Birthday (United States Space Force)

I must admit my ignorance of knowing that these days exist, except for Flag Day, however, I was ignorant that it's also the birthdate of the U.S. Army as well.

Sometimes I am thankful that my days are numbered. Just wish I knew that darn number precisely. 🤣

No problem. And thank you for listing all the other days that honor our Armed Forces.
