Such “perpetual motion” machines have been developed in the past. They fall into one of two categories:

1. Deliberate frauds. For example, all the inventor need do is hide a battery somewhere deep with the device. The battery gives the extra push needed to develop the 100% plus energy results. Of course the battery eventually dies, and then so does the device. Friction will stop it if nothing else.

2. Scientist error. The scientist misses an external energy source that is helping to run his device.

Most modern proposed perpetual motion machines fall into category 1, deliberate frauds.

But of course there’s nothing wrong with good people still having a go at it, just as long as they are honest about it.

Your post is common knowledge except the video clearly shows what appears to be a contrary truth.
