Another race - another excuse!

When the Red Bull pitted on the next lap, it exited in front of Hamilton and the chance was lost leaving Hamilton demanding to know "Why didn't you tell me the out-lap was critical?" over the team radio.

You mean Hammy didn't know that if he was trying to undercut Max he had to hammer-time the out-lap? Yep, another peg on the wheel:

Notverstoppen says Red Bull’s problem was Monaco’s kerbs. Like the race at Singagore, where the uneven track surface prevented Newey’s design maintaining its required ultra-low ride height. Track smooth, they smoke the competition. Track rough, they sucketh.
