At the lower end of the spectrum comes South Korea and Romania with 3 percent of adults identifying as LGBT+ in each. There was also considerable variation across age groups. In the U.S. for example, 20 percent of Gen Zers self-identified as a part of the LGBT+ community versus 11 percent of Millennials, 6 percent of Gen Xers and only 5 percent among Baby Boomers.
“20 percent of Gen Zers self-identified as a part of the LGBT+ community”
Self-identified is the operative word here.
It’s likely only 3% are actually gay, which seems to be the normal percentage.
However given the great benefits in education and employment that go along with being some type of minority, sexual, ethnic, racial etc. it’s quite understandable.
Especially when all you have to do is identify as a minority.
But...LGTB+ for Palestine posters are all over campuses. Does not compute.
Well, some would say that makes us “great satans.”
I think that if they were asked to demonstrate it, those numbers would plummet.
RE: America, Israel, and the Philippines Are the “Queerest” Countries on Earth
I thought Israel was the nation that gave ther world the Old Testament ... did they even bother to read it?
