There is climate change. Climate has been changing up and down since the beginning. Recently it has been getting warmer with ups and downs since we've been coming out of the Little Ice Age.

I understand the party line but climate variability is not climate change. Weather changes minute to minute. There are longer & shorter cycles. As you note this is obvious to unbiased observers.
