"“I love my job,” she says of helping people to die. “I’ve delivered over 1,000 babies — but this is the very best work I’ve ever done.”"
What the actual ****?

“Doctors like grateful patients. And nobody is more grateful than my patients.” A shocking statement, given the fact that none of her patients are able to complain because they are dead. Chilling

Wiebe says she is so happy to be Canadian. She would be ecstatic if she were born in Germany in 1905 and had the opportunity to really practice her craft from 1939-1945.

People wonder what actual Nazis were like. Here you go.
And a right to die quickly becomes a duty to die. The next step is obvious. Terminally ill people will be seen as selfish for not choosing suicide. Greedy heirs, health care bureaucrats, you name it. They will all be pressuring you to check out.

On the left disability advocate Liz Carr... On the right, the woman who would love to kill Liz... Dr. 'Death' Ellen Wiebe.

My friend has terminal cancer.
Last week took her for an appointment and this lovely staff member was talking in a very supportive, respectful way about treatment options, or forgoing treatment. My friend pressed her and pressed her: “what would you do?”
The staffer demurred, saying it wasn’t her life or her illness, and finally, being asked for the fifth time: “I never said this, but I would stop treatment and look at the Right to Die.”
My friend is opposed to assisted suicide and when she has to enter hospice phase, we’ll have to protect her.
I wouldn’t be surprised if that staffer volunteers at an abortion clinic too. The gentle, respectful, thoughtful ones might be scarier in a way than the Canadian euthanasia enthusiast.
