I read in a NTIA report that these “spikes” can also be caused by interference from nearby WiMAXX base stations.

Yes.....those are possibles, too. I watched the ‘video’ and this guy talking over it with all sorts of wild claims and you see a glitch like that and it’s “government weather changing conspiracy!!!”
