Doppler radar is 500 kW: https://nap.nationalacademies.org/read/11128/chapter/14 A major hurricane releases 300 TW, so my guess is a small thunderstorm might release a thousand times less or 300 MW. Still a couple orders of magnitude more than the radar energy.
