I was born in Florida. I have lived in Tampa since 1963. Tampa Bay is now exactly were it was then. It rises and falls everyday, just like it has since records began in the 1840s. There is no new waterfront property, but if there ever is, it will be the most valuable property on the tax roll.

as fellow Florida native spent much time in the Tampa bay area and one thing you quickly learn is right after one of the regularly scheduled afternoon toad chokers there’s plenty of new waterfront properties. one of those cars that is also a boat would have been nice to have.
