The bill is called the Detain and Deport Illegal Aliens Who Assault Cops Act and is led by Rep. Jeff Van Drew, R-N.J.

Now if the Illegal Aliens walked into the capital building and misbehaved...that would be ok provided they were not supporting somebody the Democrats don't like in which case they would be thrown in jail without trial.
