Well, the concept in sci fi world is that the craft creates a bubble of spacetime around itself. Inside the bubble, regular speed occurs. But outside the bubble space is warped around the bubble and the craft moves through space at or higher than the speed of light.
Beyond that…I am still struggling with whether or not the cat in the box is alive or dead.

could the human actually survive a faster than light speed travel rate though? I guess once in space the G-force is more than likely non existent? I certainly wouldn’t care to be the guinea pig to find out. 🤣

And here along I have been saying we need to go the “Constant-Velocity Subluminal Warp” route for space travel, but no one ever listened to me.

If you negate gravity within that warp field you would have no G forces I would think.

You are correct, such an environment would provide zero inertial mass for the occupants. Turning at incredible speeds would not be a problem (external inertial dampeners must be disengaged prior to the jump to warp).
