He’s focusing on purple states. Texas obviously isn’t but I like the list of states he’s on. Why waste time in NY of all places? I really doubt Texas is critical. But could help cruz maybe.

Michigan, Hawaii, California...the strategy is to give Trump voters an alternative and make Biden lose whatever it takes.

I think he’ll probably be on the ballot in every state, and lose heavily in every state, of course.
The deadline to get on the ballot in New York is May 28 and he needs 45,000 signatures.
He’s got until the end of July (I think) for New Jersey, and he only needs 800 signatures to get on the ballot there!
The question is whether he will ultimately cut into President Trump or Biden’s numbers most. I think it might be Biden’s. Some of the Democrat voters are going to step into the booth, see the name ‘Kennedy’ and won’t be able to help themselves. (I hope)

A couple libertarian- type positions from a far leftist who will suck up lots of Biden votes.
Not that Biden needs any help losing. He’s far along that path already with his economic, border defense, and pro- ArabTerrorist policies.
RFK is in the election to peel away Independent voters from Trump.
RFK will focus his spending and campaign on swing states that Trump must win.
What states is he on the ballot as of now?
RFK Jr and Trump are both going to have to pledge to reduce the deficit but at least he can campaign on ideas like reorganizing govt agencies and getting a handle on the Deep State that aren’t going to cost a lot.
According to the Kennedy Campaign, he is currently on the ballot in:
New Hampshire, Hawaii, North Carolina, Delaware, Ohio, Michigan, Iowa, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, California.
It is absolutely why Biden is trying to move up the schedule. 100% a ploy to exclude Kennedy from appearing in the debates.
