Well, there are a few choices:

doink

[ doingk ]

Phonetic (Standard)

noun

1. a sound or motion like that of something bouncing off a resilient surface or springing upright: You’ve got to hate that “doink” that means the fish just broke your line!

2. a rude or inconsiderate person, especially one who is also foolish or socially awkward: It's not always easy to tell the difference between clueless doinks who don't mean any harm and disrespectful jerks who know exactly what they're doing.

Football. the action of a football bouncing off the upright portion of a goalpost: One of the season's most competitive battles ended with a ridiculously rare, last-seconds-of-overtime, game-winning doink.

There is also the following:

Doink the Clown is a professional wrestling persona originally and most popularly portrayed by Matt Osborne, who debuted the Doink persona in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) in 1992. Doink is a clown (or evil clown) wearing traditional clown makeup (or a mask decorated to resemble such) and brightly colored clothes. In addition to Borne, Doink has been portrayed occasionally by other wrestlers in the WWF (now WWE) and unofficially on the independent circuit.

But it just shows the inability of this arse-clown to actually provide an intelligent response.

Even if the story is true, which is highly unlikely, I doubt the reason given is accurate. This guy is nothing but a mouth-piece for the Deep State at this point. I honestly do not even think that he cares what happens to Ukraine in reality. His motivation is purely to keep people supporting this conflict, when it provides no moral or logical reason for supporting it. But he thinks making false claims based around a possible reality makes it seem like the effort is having a real positive impact, even though there is no real evidence to support that claim. In fact, the opposite seems to be the reality, and this is a big waste of resources that is unfortunately most likely costing a lot of lives.
