A street altercation in Atlanta, huh? Think we know what that means..

RuhRoh! Why can’t the cops just shoot the weapon out of the bad guys hands? Or shoot them in the leg? I wonder where this might go.

The police department did not immediately identify the deceased man. Police did not believe anyone else was involved, Schierbaum said. I wonder why. And they THINK he was acting alone. Too soon to tell which makes me suspicious. They’re too quick to jump to conclusions.

“Once again you see that guns are causing harm in our communities,” Dickens said No, as G. Gordon Liddy used to point out, you could take a loaded gun and put it on a table and there would be no problems for decades (at least) if left alone.
We don't have a gun problem; we have a behavior problem. Where I live out in the country pretty much everyone has a gun, probably more than one on average. Yet, in the ten years I've lived here, I haven't hear of a single murder.
Sadly, my neighbor did have his tractor stolen right out of a field next door, but it wasn't taken at gunpoint.
