I pretty much just watch highlights now. I can’t sit through an entire game anymore.
Same here, but with baseball, which I still love. I don't have the time, patience, or commitment to any one team to make such a time investment anymore. They priced me out of live games and pay per view a long time ago.

Yeah, the cool thing is that within the hour of a game the NFL has the 17 minute version and the game. Every salient play. You get all the Cliff Notes of the game minus twenty minutes of the coaches talking into their play sheets and the pizza commercials.
“I can’t sit through an entire game anymore.”
we pretty much dvr all sports, and skip everything put the play ... the total play in NFL games if you add up all the time between the snap and the end of play whistle is less than 15 minutes ...
Same here. Really, lost all interest in pro sports over 20 years ago. Too many prima donnas, too many that have never been told NO since they were 12-13 years old, and someone found out that had a “talent” for some sports. Owners wanted the local yokels to finance a new stadium, and still charge out the wahzoo to see some game. Bread and circuses are all we have now days and I have better things to do with my time.
