My Dad and 2 uncles are resting at Bushnell National Cemetery in Florida. I have a friend and former co-worker laid to rest in nearby Chattanooga.
You just remnded me of my FIL at. A local Veterans Cemetery.
My dad too in Bushnell, in a columbarium. On a light note, a limited space is allotted for a final comment, farewell of sorts such as “beloved husband and father,” etc. Well one right by my dad’s says: “It’s dark in here.”
