Don’t know about 10/7, but I know that Israel left them a BOATLOAD of Greenhouses in Gaza, and thousands of REALLY NICE homes - but being Palestinians, they destroyed every last one.

Better yet, recall that when the Israelis pulled out in 2005(?) they left farms running in good order. As soon as they pulled out, the hatred of the Palis for anything Jews made came out and they destroyed all the sophisticated farming support stuff like computer-controlled irrigation systems. As a result, the farms went from healthy food producers to shambles.
