In our current social and political paradigm, people tend to see things two dimensionally – usually to the left or to the right. Of course, as current trends bear witness to, this is causing a great deal of social and political friction, which often spills over into violence.
Sometimes this is agitated by nefarious forces who have a deeper agenda and sometimes it occurs organically, aided by a spiritual enemy who hates mankind, who hates the Jews and who hates God. The latest trigger point for demonically inspired violence against Jews is the war that Israel is conducting against Hamas and Hezbollah.

But doesn't the Bible say that "WHOSOEVER believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life"? I don't see any codicil like "unless he believes in false prophets" there.
I've also heard of some fundamentalist Christian sects who consider Catholics non-Christian because of prayer to saints and following a pope. Don't their beliefs in Christ as Savior count? Again, I don't see "unless they only pray to Me directly and don't ask a Saint to do so on their behalf".
You and I know that Saints are dead people who will be raised up with all the rest on the last day. But a believer in Christ who "knows" that they are in Heaven interceding with God on his behalf still "believeth in Him".
So we don’t do these things until the season is right? Of course not, we should do them ever day. Just a part of life with no need to know anything else.

God restoring the Jews to Israel means a mass conversion to Christianity, for the Church is the true Israel (as no one may approach the Father without Christ).
If large numbers of Jews start converting...well, things will soon get more interesting.
