The Trump admin made the vaccine. Remember Operation Warp Speed? Why did he have leftists creating the vaccine? Makes no sense.

Trump was backed into a corner. He is not a scientist nor a researcher, not a vaccine developer. He had to depend upon the FDA and CDC and Fauci, all of the wrong people who were in charge of coming up with a vaccine. Was Trump going to tell them to not worry about it or that he was going to find others to make the vaccine? He was trapped in a situation that was desperate, and the whole country was in panic. He had to do something, and as president, he had to do something, none of which he was familiar with.

Ii can't blame him at all for what transpired that year or years after. People forget soon and easily about what happens during crisis times. Not Trump's fault! But, if there's credit due, then, he deserves it for speeding up a solution that seemed to work at the time. 10/20 hindsight for what occurred post-vaccine, is not the way to look at it.

People also forget that there was great concern at the time that this may have been an engineered virus deliberately ‘let out’. We didn’t know what it was.

I still believe it was engineered.

I think his own germophobe fears (If this claim about him is true!)** were manipulated and good but skeptical judgement went out the window on vaccine development. (Some ego manipulation I am sure also occurred.) Couple that with he thought he was dealing with “professionals”. Case in point look how unprofessional the JCS officers and former flag officers (example Matis!)behaved.

** I’ve been around some germophobes. Rational thinking when it comes to what they think is unsanitary doesn’t happen!
