Just for context, I’ve been administering outlook servers for > 20 years, run down many “missing” Email problems, and never found outlook at fault.

I believe Outlook also used to be Hotmail, so it is both an email client as well as an email provider (not certain to which Epoch times was referring, but I suspect it was the provider). I tried using Thunderbird on my Linux box as a client for Yahoo email and got a result similar to using the Brave browser as a client (that is, conservative related emails weren't being delivered).
