There’s one thing that stands out about this interview of Biden by Stern that no one seems to be mentioning. It’s all the jump cut editing.

I first heard a snippet of this interview in an audio clip, not a video. And I noticed how Biden was getting through a sentence without fluffing it. Biden can hardly speak a sentence without messing it up. I was a little suspicious as to how the interview was arranged and handled.

Then I got to see video clips of the interview and it became clear what went down. Biden can’t speak coherently for more than 10-15 seconds at a time. While the camera is on Biden, it’ll jump cut to a different angle every few seconds or so.

It’s clear they would tape Biden speaking a few words or a sentence (and who knows how many takes they had to do before they finally got a piece of usuable seconds of footage each and every time), stop the tape, restart a camera, get him to speak another few words before messing up, stop the tape, tape another take of him speaking a few words, etc.

Then they edited all these usable takes together in order to make it look like he went through this entire interview in one shot without qny verbal stumbles to fool us into thinking he’s well in control odmf his mental faculties.

Look at these clips, at all the jump cuts

The comments are very favorable to Biden and Stern. The only complaint is they didn’t post the whole interview.
