Luke was my least favorite character. Weak-minded character who was poorly written as a petulant child. Even worse in the sequels. 40 years as a Jedi and still can’t figure it out. Chewbacca was my favorite. Loyal friend, capable of ripping off limbs, capable pilot and mechanic, galactic chess player, and all-around good buddy.

As a kid after seeing Star wars, I secretly leaned towards Darth Vader while the other girls were choosing between Luke Skywalker and Han Solo. I did wonder what that said about me lol.
