If Congress passes funding, this is how the US could rush weapons to Ukraine for its war with Russia

The Pentagon could get weapons moving to Ukraine within days if Congress passes a long-delayed aid bill. That's because it has a network of storage sites in the U.S. and Europe that already hold the ammunition and air defense components that Kyiv desperately needs.

-snip-

If about $61 billion in funding for the war-torn country gets the green light, “we have a very robust logistics network that enables us to move material very quickly,” Ryder told reporters Thursday. “We can move within days.”

It won’t do any good because the meat grinder has ground up all the Ukrainian fighters, they need bodies not bullets.

I was thinking about actual action, not just votes.

If Congress votes on Ukraine, shells are shipped immediately.

Even if they “Vote” on the border, first they do the assessment on endangered species habitat, then they look at potential groundwater contamination, then they consider possible soil erosion, then they consult the stakeholds on disparate impact on local racial minorities, then they negotiate with the local tribes on the statement of unceded territory...

It’s not so much the six miles but the extent of that advance.

The Russians have proven that they can advance across a broad front at will.

The Russians are trying to maximize Ukrainian soldier deaths while limiting the destruction of what remains of Ukraine. The Russians have learned that getting the rubble of what was a city is pointless.

If you vote R or D at every election you hate America. All they do is spend our money and get us involved with foreign entanglements.

Ukraine’s complete and utter contempt for Americans
is evidenced by the changing stories we’re being fed.

How ludicrous is this.......?
<><>Zelensky keeps telling us they’re “on the verge” of winning
<><>”if only” we’d give ‘em several more billions.
<><>Zelensky brags they’re really doing a job on bad ol’ Putin.....
<><>they’re impoverishing him, while “shooting down every Russian thing in sight”..........

But wait for the switcheroo, gang.......now “they say” by witholding our tax dollars, poor decrepit Russia w/ its badly depleted military is gonna “march in and takeover Europe, the Balkans, Poland....even all of NATO.” Which will demand US boots on the ground.

Which is it fellas? Makeup your frickin’ minds.

Russia can’t even advance across a small front at will. 30 yards a day from Bakhmut towards Chasiv Yar over the past 12 months is not at will.

Russia “conquered” Bakhmut a year ago, but has only advanced 6 miles west in the past 11 months. 6 miles in 11 months. Putin’s snail brigades need to move faster if they’re planning to conquer Kyiv before the year 2125.

In other news, no Azov brigades have mutinied or refused orders, at least since yesterday.

As far as you know...
