Grilled cheese tester CRK has determined one very important thing:
His favorite cheeses all come from Wisconsin.

I used to think Wisconsin cheeses were just, like, self-boosting. But once I’ve tried as many
cheeses as I have, I kind of get it now. There’s a lot of great creameries over there that I fully support.”

He’s also a big fan of flavored cheese —
<><>Bloody Mary cheese from Wisconsin’s North Country Cheese;
<><>Deer Creek’s The Rattlesnake, a cheddar infused with tequila and habanero;
<><>and Beehive’s Big John’s Cajun, a Utah cheddar rubbed with garlic, celery seed, and cayenne.

there's such a thing as the "Cheese belt"....which runs along Wisconsin thur other northern states such as New york State and Vermont...something about the climate in those areas produce better milk, better cheese...

Cougar Gold from WSU is one of the best sharp cheeses ever made....so is Vermont sharp cheese, and NYS has great sharp white cheese as well....

when we were kids we'd go up to Ontario, Canada to fish and stayed in a small cabin,sans br facilities....to get there you went down a road that passed a small little cheese factory.....

long story short, Boars'head now buys cheese from that little cheese factory....Balderson Cheese...Wegmans carries it if you have one near you....
