It’s how the law is handled by those currently living.
We the People can do what they desire to do but...you must start somewhere WITHOUT outside interference.

Do you think the goal of the Arizona Supreme Court was or is to trigger a ballot initiative that will mostly motivate Trump-haters to come out and vote?

Thomas Jefferson advocated for law to serve the living.

This Guy can’t agree with this line of Jefferson’s reasoning in all cases. But he is on the record and the idea merits discussion.

In this case Jefferson would definitely be in favor of Arizona’s legislature acting to restore the status quo ante.
