re healthcare ...here, in America, as long as there exists one ambulance chasing lawyer, one lawyer
seeking to find the the mext hidden malpractice action,
there can not be an affordable healthcare system, public or private.
So imagine a health-care "free trade zone" - where one pays cash, no 3rd party payers, US malpractice laws don't apply, doctors don't take Fed.gov medicaid or medicare, drugs are priced on free-market. Doctors are totally free to set their own terms.
You can keep the present bloated, socialist Medicaid/Medicare system, knowing many Americans depend on it, and also because it is politically un-reformable.
Just allow another free and organic system to grow alongside it and give Americans a choice and an outlet.....
