I don't know that Israel was "named in law" that way. The law in question gives the Executive Branch of the U.S. government the authority to name "non-NATO allies," and cancel such designations as well.

If we have bases, we owe our troops security 24/7. If you’ve ever deployed overseas, especially to a war zone, you know exactly what I’m talking about.

I think that Tucker’s position on Israel and most things is that America(Remember America our own country?) is currently a five alarm fire and that should be where “conservatives” concentrate our political capital. Israel and the rest of the world that relies on us are screwed unless we can right our ship anyway.
