Except that the layer of steel severely limits visibility and situational awareness. Also, there’s a link where Ukraine flew a drone UNDER a tank to take out the soldiers hiding there.

Such a delay makes one wonder if the entity promising to send really really wants the Ukes to use them and win?

Wars of attrition commonly do grave damage to both sides. Recall that the Russian invasion was planned to be a quick take down of Ukraine in a week or two at most. That failed, with Russia exposed as militarily incompetent and weak and obsolete in conventional forces in comparison to US and NATO.

Even if successful in the current war in some sense, Russia will be unable to make good her losses in men and materiel or restore the economic ties with the West and the technological benefits that flowed from that relationship. This will lead to further demographic, economic, and military decline in Russia.

Has Russia been holding back any of it’s best troops, tanks, planes, missiles, bombs, etc except it’s nukes since the war began?

Dwindling number of Russian tanks will upset many Freepers.

"Has Russia been holding back any of its best troops, tanks, planes, missiles, bombs, etc except its nukes since the war began?"

Only Russia knows that. I'm only suggesting that it doesn't make any sense that a country as big as Russia, would throw all their eggs in one basket, use all their big guns up front, instead of sitting back, and just letting the U.S. and Ukraine eventually do themselves in, especially if the actual goal is to weaken the other side's ability to conduct war. Let the other guy blow his load.

Did it work? Did the drone chase the hiding soldiers out from under and make them flee?

Your attempts to cope with Russian failures are funny. You left out the part of the story where the Russians made a video of the tank with the turtle roof in the building where they did the modifications.

Since they were apparently sleeping during the "Russian Math" classes they forgot that shadows and sun angles would allow the building to be geolocated.

Now that workshop and its contents are destroyed, whether or not the Russian mechanics survived or not is unknown.

Nobody could ask for a better "enemy" than Russia. They have the economic might of Italy without the high quality design skills, and so far haven't been able to defeat a tiny, poor nation that is right next to them. Russia's military would be destroyed by US forces in days if they decided to fight the USA.

Also, in case you didn't know, the reason Russian Math is taught in the USA is that the best math teachers in Russia left since they were smart enough to realize that leaving Russia was their best option.

There are lots of videos of what happens to Russian soldiers sent on the meat assaults. They are not pleasant to watch as the FPV drone operators kill off the Russians, even the ones that try to play dead.

An example

--- "...bet you think this is just propaganda.:

Interestingly, one finds:

YouTube's About page states it is a United States channel

Source: www.youtube.com/@1420channel
530K subscribers
563 videos
210,821,533 views
Joined Aug 14, 2019
United States

Verified as uploaded in the United States and monetized by Goggle/YouTube --
Source: https://socialblade.com/youtube/c/1420channel

"The 1420 YouTube channel has about 300,000 viewers. Of those, 40% are from North America, and about 5% are from Russia.[4] Orain established the channel in 2019 at which time he was asking people about LGBT rights in Russia and political opposition leader Alexei Navalny.[1] The channel became much more popular when he started interviewing people after the Russian invasion of Ukraine."

But if you would like to buy a "1420" t-shirt or other merch, you can go to YouTube's very own 1420 channel store.

Source: https://www.youtube.com/@1420channel/store

One finds that the "merch" ships from "Spring," an Amaze Company, and at the bottom of its page, the "Impressum" and other details as links result in "The page you were looking for doesn't exist." Such as: https://spring4creators.zendesk.com/about/impressum-german

But Amaze Holdings exists, as Spring: "Spring’s service (the “Spring Service”) is located at http://spri.ng and is operated by Amaze Holding Company, LLC d/b/a Spring, with our headquarters at 342 Monmouth Street, 2nd Floor, Newport, KY 41071 USA and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Spring,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The Spring Service provides sellers with the ability to create and sell custom merchandise, apparel, and digital products (collectively “Merchandise” or “products”) and buyers with the ability to find and purchase high-quality, unique Merchandise. " Source: https://www.spri.ng/policies/spring-terms-of-service

So much about the Ukraine-Russia war is, at its root, about money. Even the YouTube channels.

I am, very pleased by this news. Ukraine won’t need our money since things are going so well for them.

Most Russian tanks have weak armor over the back of the tank behind the turret. Regular anti-tank shaped charge warheads can penetrate the tank's armor there and the jet of molten metal expelled from the warhead can, and will ignite the tank's ammunition stored below that area.

When the tank's ammunition explodes the tank is destroyed in the way you can see in the video.

In this case the crew probably perished when the second drone flew under the front of the tank and exploded where they were hiding, so they missed the main explosion.

The accuracy of FPV drones makes them very dangerous to infantry, armor, and even infantry in bunkers or buildings.

As to "An example," one looks to the host:
whois query for poast.org

Among its site rules, one finds: "Do not post anything that would be classified as illegal in the United States." And "Do not post, request or threaten to post personal information or personally-identifying information ("dox"), whether it is "publicly available" or not. Do not post content that identifies anonymous or pseudonymous people unless they have willingly and publicly published that content themselves. An interesting thing about Saint Kitts and Nevis is that it is part of the British Commonwealth, with Charles as "monarch." So this is where the video referenced in "An example" is found.

Additionally, its address is a PO Box in Charlestown: https://ipinfo.io/AS54990 And that tracks back to: https://browserleaks.com/ip/198.167.223.215

It’s called cage armor, and we put it on our armored vehicles too. Learn about shaped and tandem charges and get a clue.
