I have no need for moonlight
You're wrong to trust in sunlight
For I exist, not just in storms
But in life itself, in so many forms
To leave you cold
(Ken Hensley)
For those unfamiliar, the song "The Spell" goes on to leave the contest unresolved until the finale, "The Magician's Birthday", in the next album, where evil is finally defeated after an epic(!!!) battle.
A truly dumb question
bttt
My sister lives in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area.
Rain most of the day there.
You can take your private plane and fly to an area where the total eclipse will happen....
It looks like clouds and rain in Minneapolis on Monday...... 🌧️
Around 74% of the Sun will be obscured by the Moon for the eyes of Twin Cities residents — with the eclipse starting around 12:50 pm and peaking around 2pm, per NASA.

The total solar eclipse will be visible along a narrow track stretching from Texas to Maine on April 8, 2024.
A partial eclipse will be visible throughout all 48 contiguous U.S. states.
You can download the map at:

2024 Path of Totality
https://svs.gsfc.nasa.gov/5219/
This visualization closely follows the Moon's umbra shadow as it crosses North America during the April 8, 2024 total solar eclipse.
It covers the one hour and 50 minutes between 10:57 a.m. Pacific Standard Time and 4:47 p.m. Atlantic Daylight Time.
Annotations include a running clock and the location of the center of the shadow.
Everyone within the dark oval sees totality.
Then all those people who bought those goofy glasses will just have to wear them at the beach....
Probably will make great postcards.
Have you seen the horror stories coming from NYS about the hotels that have dumped people with reservations presumably for even higher paying guests?
The people who got dumped will be laughing all the way to the bank.
BTW, note that NYS's AG is totally cool with what hotels are doing.
It's good to be Deep State.
yup...
